We now offer Standard 2-4 days flat rate & Express 1-2 days flat rate shipping, by Purolator, UPS, FedEx or Canada Post depending on service availability, to the following areas with heat pack and insulated foam liner included for all shipments until March 18, 2021.
- Zone 1 (BC & AB) Standard $35 / Express $50
- Zone 2 (MB, SK, ON & QC) Standard $45 / Express $65
- Zone 3 (YT, NL, PE, NS & NB) Express $65
If standard shipping requires more than 4 days and overnight shipping is not selected, we will contact you and reserve the right to cancel the order (restock fee may apply). Overnight orders usually arrive in the next day depending on destination. If weather condition in your area is severe, we can hold your order for up to 2 weeks, please email us for arrangement.
If you choose "I have paid shipping, please add to my existing order", all your orders you make under same account will be combined and pay just ONE flat rate shipping if your existing order is not shipped yet, usually 24-48 hours before the following Monday.
If you choose this option for a new order without shipping paid, we will send you an invoice for shipping cost calculated for your shipping address. If shipping is not paid before order is dispatched, we have the right to cancel the order automatically and 15% restocking fee will apply.
At checkout, when you select 'Local Pick-up', we can arrange pickup at the following location:
- Vancouver Downtown: Tuesday to Friday 11am to 5:30pm
- South Surrey: Monday to Saturday 11am to 7pm
Plants must be picked up within 5 business days after purchase. Details and information will be emailed to you in 1-2 days. If order is not picked up, we have the right to cancel the order automatically and 15% restocking fee will apply.
For additional orders to combine pickup, please choose "I have paid shipping, please add to my existing order" so we will group your orders for pickup at the same time.
ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final due to the living nature of our products. We are not responsible for plant damage due to shipping and handling, including delays that may occur, once its shipped. Once your order is placed, you agree that shipping is at the risk of the buyer. However, if your plants arrive on time, but no reasonable chance of revival, please email us at email@example.com with photos within 24 hours of receiving the plant(s) along with a detailed explanation of what the issue is, we will contact you for further direction. Please communicate any issues that you have with the product and we'll always do our best to help.
For any full refund or replacement of viable plants with issues, plant(s) must be shipped back to us within 3 days after our confirmation by Purolator Express or equivalent at customer's expense for further inspection.
We will gladly replace a same plant or plant of same value (if same plant is not available) with free express shipping at no cost, once we have received the plant and reported problem is confirmed.
ORDER CANCELLATION & UNPAID ORDERS
15% restocking fee applies for order cancellation requested by customers, or any orders that needs to be cancelled if fully or partially unpaid 7 days after order is placed.
