WHERE IS LOCAL PICKUP?

At checkout, when you select 'Local Pick-up', we can arrange pickup at the following location:
- Vancouver Downtown: Tuesday to Friday 11am to 5:30pm
- South Surrey: Monday to Saturday 11am to 7pm

Plants must be picked up within 5 business days after purchase. Details and information will be emailed to you.

DO YOU SHIP & HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Currently we offer overnight flat rate shipping to the following areas with until mid March 2021, heat pack and insulated foam liner will be included for all shipments in winter:

  • Zone 1 (BC & AB) $70
  • Zone 2 (MB, SK, ON & QC) $85
  • Zone 3 (NL, PE, NS & NB) $90

Overnight orders usually arrive in the next day depending on destination. If overnight shipping requires more than 2 days, the order may have to be cancelled or on hold for shipping on the following week.

WHAT DOES "ADD TO EXISTING ORDER ON SAME CALENDAR DAY" MEAN?

Means you can now checkout faster by purchasing plants separately. All your orders you make on the same calendar day in the same account will be combined and pay just ONE flat rate shipping.

CAN YOU HOLD MY ORDER UNTIL WEATHER CONDITIONS IMPROVE IN MY AREA?

We can hold plants for one week and plants will be shipped out the following Monday. Please note that if you wish to cancel your order after holding for a week a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Simply contact us with your order number to request for a hold.

DO YOU HAVE PRE-ORDERS FOR PLANTS THAT ARE UNAVAILABLE/OUT OF STOCK?

At TR Plants Co., we want to ensure that all plants are healthy and established before going to a new home. Our plants are shipped air freight from overseas, stress and/or damage is inevitable and some of the plants might not recover well from the trip. Thus, we do not take pre orders and only release the plants for sale when they are ready.

HOW DO YOU ACCLIMATIZE THE PLANTS?

Most of our plants are imported from overseas. Upon arrival, they are thoroughly cleaned to remove any pesticides or chemicals. After which, they are potted either in LECA (clay balls) or sphagnum moss and keep in our grow room to acclimatize until they are established. We keep most of our plants soil free to prevent pest transmission.

HOW DO YOU SHIP THE PLANTS? 

Our plants are carefully screened, quarantined and acclimatized when available for sale. We ship bare root wrapped in moss when possible. Please conduct your own research online prior to purchasing on how to transition your plants to your home environment.

All orders will be processed in 1-3 days and are shipped the following Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid long transit times. Please note that during special restock events, orders will be subject to a delay and may be shipped on a different day.

DO YOU SHIP PLANTS IN WINTER?

Yes we do! Heat pack and insulated liner is included for safe shipping during cold days, adding a heat pack can ensure your plant(s) will arrive safely and without damage caused by low temperatures.

I ADDED ITEMS INTO MY CART, BUT WHEN I CHECK OUT THE ITEM WHY IS IT NO LONGER AVAILABLE?

Products on our site are sold on a first come, first served basis. Items placed in your shopping cart are not guaranteed until a payment transaction has been completed. While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.

WILL MY PLANT LOOK THE SAME AS THE ONE PICTURED?

Exact plants are shown as pictured in most cases, unless otherwise stated. Due to plant nature, condition may vary slightly.

I FORGOT TO APPLY PROMO CODE BEFORE CHECKING OUT, CAN YOU ADD IT TO MY ORDER?

Our system does not allow us to apply discount codes after checkout. We apologize for any disappointment this may have caused.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order has not shipped yet and you would like to cancel your order a 15% restocking fee of the total applies. It is because your order is usually getting prepared for shipping within few hours after you have placed your order. Thank you for your understanding.

ARE SALES FINAL?

Yes. All sales are final due to the living nature of our products. We are not responsible for plant damage due to shipping and handling once its shipped. Shipping is at the risk of the buyer. However, if your plants arrive on time, but no reasonable chance of revival, please email us at hello@trplants.co with photos within 24 hours of receiving the plant(s) along with a detailed explanation of what the issue is, we will contact you for further direction. Please communicate any issues that you have with the product and we'll always do our best to help.
